1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "oklotto," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the oklotto platform and its operating entity, which provides online gaming services to players in the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the oklotto platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the oklotto website accessible at oklotto.one, including all games, features, tools, and services available through it.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the oklotto platform, which holds the player's personal information, transaction history, and peso wallet balance.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (₱) funds held within a player's oklotto account, including deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• " Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or incentive amounts credited to a player's account by oklotto as part of a promotion or offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, which oklotto uses to confirm the identity and eligibility of players.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the oklotto platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with oklotto's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the oklotto platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on oklotto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. oklotto will verify your age during registration and may request supporting documentation at any time.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of oklotto or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by oklotto or any PAGCOR-affiliated responsible gaming program.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

oklotto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access oklotto's gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active oklotto account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. oklotto uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately.
• Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• The player may be permanently banned from the oklotto platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oklotto login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. oklotto will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify oklotto immediately via live chat support. oklotto will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

4.4 KYC Verification

oklotto conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your oklotto wallet are made in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. oklotto accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed on the deposit page.

Deposits are credited to your oklotto wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. oklotto does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by oklotto 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one banking business day. oklotto does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the oklotto account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• oklotto reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• Funds that are subject to active wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• oklotto reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

oklotto offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• oklotto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• oklotto reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

oklotto offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, slot titles, bingo rooms, and fishing arcade games. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live games on the oklotto platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to determine game outcomes. RNG systems used by oklotto's game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

7.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time via video stream. Game outcomes in live casino games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG software. oklotto works exclusively with licensed live casino game providers.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, oklotto will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. oklotto reserves the right to void any game round affected by a malfunction. oklotto is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the oklotto platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. oklotto reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who are found to be exploiting bet limit structures in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay may have their accounts reviewed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oklotto platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the oklotto platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the oklotto platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the oklotto platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to oklotto immediately. Players who exploit known or discovered bugs will have their accounts suspended and winnings voided.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

9 Responsible Gaming

oklotto is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. oklotto recognizes that while the vast majority of players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gaming behaviors. oklotto takes this responsibility seriously.

9.1 Player Tools

oklotto provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your oklotto wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the oklotto platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

9.2 Age Verification

oklotto enforces the 21+ age requirement strictly. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated at any time. oklotto will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age, pending verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the oklotto platform — including but not limited to the oklotto brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of oklotto or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the oklotto platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any oklotto content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on oklotto content.
• Use oklotto's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the oklotto platform.

Any unauthorized use of oklotto's intellectual property may result in legal action. oklotto reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oklotto's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oklotto wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oklotto shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances beyond oklotto's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit oklotto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by oklotto

oklotto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration.
• Conduct that oklotto reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, oklotto reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your oklotto account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

oklotto operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines. Players agree that any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14 Amendments

oklotto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, oklotto will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms and Conditions is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the oklotto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
